Fall Luxe, deluxe!
Autumn brings with it several guarantees: the start of the fall semester, a fresh season of "The O.C.," and chic fall fashions. And this autumn, while we wait for classes to resume at the Harbor School, we have our gazes set on the debut collection from L.A. based BritJeet.
Luxe materials, including rabbit fur from Spain and napa leathers from Italy, combined with functional designs, are the cornerstones of BritJeet's Edwardian-esque accessories and handbags.
Consider the sophisticated, fur-trimmed ascot

Jeet Sohal, 25, business owner and one part of BritJeet's creative team, dreamed up many of BritJeet's designs while braving the frigid east coast winters of a New Hampshire college town. A SoCal native, the Darmouth grad longed for fashion-forward accessories to ward off winter's chill, and many of Sohal's designs are derived from items she wished for in her own wardrobe.
Take the winter muff
Sohal used to borrow her mother's, but longed for one with purse-like compartments. Viola! The BritJeet muff, made of supple rabbit fur, comes complete with a built-in clutch.
